Hansel and Gretel were lost in the woods.  But the cheerful song of the white bird gave them hope.

They followed where the pretty bird flew.  Even though they were tired, and hungry, and thirsty.

Hansel and Gretel had to walk quickly to keep up.  But it was not long until they reached a little house.
